In one of many design exploration projects I get commissioned for to help other teams advance or improve their products and communications, the ISG support entailed reevaluating their Impact Mobile App interface and general experience. While the app is now unavailable at this time, I still enjoyed these efforts and the solutions we worked toward to inform their development team.
Additionally, in a separate effort I supported interface development to improve experience for their customer facing portals, GovernX and Educational Insights. Our role was to provide ideation and solutions around the interface, which presents large amounts of information at risk of being lost within the sheer volume. These screens are from the design phase and were passed to the development team from that point for consideration and implementation.
